Prereq Care is a refillable skincare brand designed for pre-teens and teens built to fill a gap that had been ignored for too long.

The skincare aisle jumps straight from baby products to adult actives, leaving teens to piece together routines from TikTok and shelves full of formulas that weren't designed for their skin.

Co-founded by two moms, the brand wasn't just made for teens — it was created with their help, with a community of 50 teens and pre-teens sharing everything they wanted from skincare, from the scent to the leak-proof packaging.

In summer 2025, Prereq's founders approached us pre-launch. They had a strong product, a clear mission, and a market ready to be disrupted but they needed a strategy to cut through the noise.

We developed a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy covering positioning, messaging, creator and influencer approach, content direction, channel strategy, and community growth.

The goal was to build a brand that resonated with three distinct audiences at once: pre-teens, teens, and the parents making the purchasing decisions.

We produced Prereq's launch content — covering both e-commerce and lifestyle. The brief was to capture the brand's energy authentically: real teenagers, real moments, real life. No overly polished, aspirational aesthetics. Just content that felt like it belonged in a backpack alongside the product.

That content went on to be featured in Fashionista, BeautyMatter, Beauty Independent, Byrdie, Beauty Packaging, and BuzzFeed.

We've generated nearly 400,000 organic impressions across all channels with an average engagement rate of 2.2% within the first 2 months.

Prereq officially launched in February 2026, and we've been with them every step since. We're actively managing their content creation, UGC campaigns, and day-to-day channel management across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — ensuring the brand reaches every corner of its audience, from pre-teens and teens discovering the brand organically, to moms researching safe options for their kids.
